Dr Fredrick. C. Ugwu

Dr. Frederick Chijioke Asogwa is the Head of Contact, Media, and Mobilization at the Nsukka Empowerment Foundation. He is also a lecturer in the Department of Pure and Industrial Chemistry at the University of Calabar, Cross River State. Born on September 27, 1980, he obtained his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. He hails from Idi Ibagwa-Aka, in Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State.

Dr. Asogwa is highly regarded for his excellence in teaching and leadership. He has previously served as Senior Executive Assistant to the Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area from 2014 to 2016 and as Head of the Chemistry Department at Tansian University, Umunya, Anambra State, from 2018 to 2019. In 2010, he was the Secretary General for the Enugu State Graduate Trainees on Research, Production, and Entrepreneurship Development at the Centre Songhai in the Republic of Benin.

With his vast experience in teaching, research, and administration, Dr. Asogwa continues to contribute significantly to both academic and community development through his work with the Nsukka Empowerment Foundation.
